The VPN gives your PC or mobile device a new network interface. This interface acts like a tunnel between you and our server. All your data goes into that tunnel and only comes onto the public Internet once it reaches our server.
So your IP address is different and you don't have anyone blocking your access.
How do I subscribe?
That’s easy…
You can click the subscribe button on the subscribe page. We have a number of subscription options available.
Choose the option you want to subscribe to and then enter either your Paypal account details, or your credit card details for which you will receive an instant receipt. Your account will be setup immediately and you will be sent an email containing a link to your account configuration files and instructions on how to setup your new VPN connection.
Installing the software, logging in to the service and unblocking your websites can take only 2 minutes!
Our VPN service will run on PCs running Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 as well as Apple computers running Mac OS and phone or tablet devices running iOS or Android.
No, you need an existing Internet connection to be able to use GTS VPN.
We don’t have any!
We do not operate a calling service, so we don’t have any calling charges.
We only allow you to connect to an uncensored internet connection. You can then use a standard VOIP service such as Skype in order to make PC to PC or PC to phone calls.
The VPN will unblock Skype or other VOIP services that may be blocked in your country
Yes we can unblock your sites!
Once you are subscribed you will be able to access websites as if you were in the same country that your VPN account connects through.
The GTS VPN service should run fine in all countries, we have tested it successfully in many countries including the USA, EU, UAE, Oman and China.
GTS VPN has no intention to break any laws and we do our best to prevent any illegal activity on our network (based on the laws of our home country and location of servers). We do not allow P2P usage.
We will not provide services to customer in embargoed countries such as Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria where the supply of encryption technology is illegal.
Yes we offer UK VPN services.
These are compatible with services such as iPlayer, ITV, and SKY On Demand
Billing Questions
We do not provide trial accounts as they are frequently abused, but if you have problems and our technical support team are not able to help you get connected we will refund your subscription payment.
Our service is subscription based
We offer a recurring subscription based service. If you do not want to be re-billed you must cancel your subscription before the re-billing date. Your account will automatically be re-billed if you have not cancelled your subscription.
We hope you don’t want to leave…
But if you do it is easy to cancel your subscription.
Simply log into Paypal using the details you provided when you subscribed, you will be able to see details of your transactions and cancel your subscription.
Technical Questions
Yes, you can use GTS VPN from as many different devices as you like.
However at any one time you can only have the number of devices shown in your plan connected. If you need to then connect another device you will need to disconnect on of the others - or upgrade your plan!
